Do you ship Tarantulas abroad?

No, unfortunately we do not ship any livestock outside of the United Kingdom.

D.O.A and Can I return livestock?

If you experience a 'Death On Arrival' (DOA) with your tarantula, please contact us within the first hour of receiving your order. Provide a clear picture of the specimen showing the carapace. We will send a replacement once the picture is confirmed and weather conditions are favorable. We refrain from dispatching livestock during extreme temperatures to prevent DOA. Livestock cannot be returned. Please ensure you are over eighteen and have researched tarantula care before purchasing, as they require a long-term commitment.

Question 3

My livestock order did not arrive and the tracking has not updated. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

All livestock is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed next day service before 1PM. Sometimes the service experiences delays and Nclosures is not liable for this inconvenience.

We will assist you in contacting the sorting office, until your order arrives! I know how stressful this experience can be, so we will work through it together and I will assure you that all will be okay. In the end, it always is. If not, you always have to leave room for that one percent and if you are unfortunate to experience a death during transit. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Yes, you can! Just make sure that it is before the dispatch time of your existing order and click the 'Pick up' delivery option for a free delivery charge on your new order. Reference both of your order numbers in the allocated box.

The lead time for crafting and delivery of our enclosures is approximately twenty-eight working days, though we strive for earlier completion when possible. We offer standard sizes and also provide custom designs and sizes upon request to meet your specific needs.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

You can return a product within 14 days if you are unsatisfied. Please ensure the item is unopened, not damaged, and returned to NCLOSURES.LTD, 35 GUILDFORD RISE S2 2PP. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will process your refund or offer an alternative product. Note that sale items cannot be returned.
